Opdivo (Nivolumab) | Nivolumab

Opdivo (Nivolumab) is the latest drug targeted therapy, having in its composition a monoclonal body, which block the receptors responsible for tumor growth, thereby stopping its development and reducing in size.

Nivolumab appeared not so long ago, but is already successfully used for the treatment of patients with inoperable melanoma and metastatic non-small cell lung cancer, when other medications proved ineffective. It prevents the spread of cancer cells, allowing the slow development of the disease.
